Important Deadlines:

• July 21, 2025: Required Intent to Apply form is available. The Intent to Apply form tells us some basics about you and your project idea–we will follow up with a phone call and support you for the Full Application


• November 3, 2025: Last day to submit Intent to Apply


• November 14, 2025: Full Applications due

Contingencies:

These Proposed Terms and Conditions are for discussion purposes only, and not an offer or commitment on behalf of the funding partners, EcoAction Partners, or any of its affiliates, to enter into any transaction. Both the prices and terms stated within each application are subject to change upon further review by the Green Grant Review Committees and/or EcoAction Partners, at our sole discretion, until execution of a definitive agreement. Green Grant Review Committees retain the right to determine the final details within each application and negotiate the final terms and conditions with each submittal. 



Confidentiality:

Green Grant Review Committee and EcoAction Partners may share information contained in

submitted grants with partner organizations and local government staff – your information will NOT be shared with the federal government. Bidders wishing to have part or the entire grant project information not made available to the public during the grant process should indicate so by marking “Confidential” on the application. Once awarded, all grants will be made public.
